Wage Restructuring
Hi, may I know if there is a change in wage restructure, is there a law that exisiting staff affected with the wage restructure is to be pro-rated for what’s outstanding, even if 1 year has not been served? Is there also a time frame to allow for a wage restructure to take place? Must all employees be informed in writing?
