Abusive Manager
Currently i am under a 2 year contract with my company. However, i find the environment unhealthy as my manager shouts at us when we did something wrong. Although its not frequently, i feel that i had enough of his abusive disciplinary actions.
I was even threathen by him once that he will make sure i suffer for the remaining of my contract if i challenge him even though i stated that i did not have any intention to do so, but i did not have any evidence as only i and him was inside the room, but the shouting was witnessed by my colleagues. Recently as i feel that enough is enough, i decided to quit and wanted to negotiate with my boss regarding the compensation as i do not have the money to pay him, however its been 2 weeks already and hes still delaying it. ..
